Summary: Spa was terrific with a great view. Room 2015 was 60° whether we set it elsewhere or not. That is our only complaint.

Summary: Great property and amenities. Room wasn’t fully cleaned when we checked in. House keeping missed some “personal” items left by previous guest. Spa suite was outstanding!

Summary: Great service, clean and pleasant hotel. Jess checked us in, she was wonderful, put smiles on our faces after a long and exhausting day of traveling. Ryan was great too. So thanks to Jess, Ryan and pretty much all the team members we interacted with. We had a pleasant stay.

Summary: I have stayed at the Ameristar a few times and wasn’t impressed with the staff but this time everything was on point. Rooms are still comfortable and spacious, nice spa and fitness center and the staff knocked it out of the park! Nice to see the changes and I will be back!!!
